Right on. Thanks for the thoughtful response Sean. I think this will manifest much the same way people come to talk about a company’s “responsiveness” today. It’s something you hear second hand from other users at first, and eventually experience for yourself. If that multiplier could ever be quantified by analysts, even in certain industries, it might become a become a marketing object.
